Eagle Movement marks the beginning of a new civic initiative created for the people of Albania and Albanians around the world.
Eagle Movement has been established as an independent civic movement dedicated to peaceful democratic participation, transparency, accountability and equal opportunity for all Albanians.
Founded by Lirim Muharemi, Eagle Movement brings together citizens who believe that Albania’s future must be shaped through peaceful democratic participation, public responsibility, transparency and unity.
The movement was created from a simple but powerful belief: every citizen deserves to be heard, public institutions must serve the people, and Albania’s national interests must always come before personal or political interests.
Eagle Movement is not built around division. It is built around cooperation.
Our mission is to encourage citizens—inside Albania and throughout the diaspora—to take an active and responsible role in building a fairer, stronger and more prosperous country.

100,000 Voices for Albania
As one of its first national initiatives, Eagle Movement has launched the petition “100,000 Voices for Albania.”
The petition is a peaceful and democratic call for change. Its goal is to unite 100,000 citizens and supporters who believe that Albania deserves transparent institutions, accountable leadership, justice and equal opportunity.
Every verified signature represents one voice. Together, those voices can send a clear message: Albania’s people want to participate in decisions concerning their country and its future.
When the goal of 100,000 signatures is reached, the petition will be formally submitted to the competent institutions of Albania as a public expression of civic support.
An invitation to every Albanian
Eagle Movement invites Albanians living in Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro and throughout the global diaspora to join this peaceful civic initiative.
Our differences should not divide us. Our common responsibility for Albania’s future should unite us.
Change does not begin with one individual. It begins when citizens stand together, speak responsibly and refuse to remain silent about the future of their country.
